Data controller

Data we collect

The Site does not require any account creation. The only personal data collected is the data you voluntarily submit through the contact and booking form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), role or position (optional), company or organisation (optional), subject of your request, message and, where applicable, the requested meeting slot and team member.

No “sensitive” data is requested. Please do not send confidential information through the form.

Purposes and legal bases

This data is processed to respond to your contact and booking requests, follow up on the relationship and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and on Lelink's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6.1.f).

No automated commercial prospecting is carried out with this data; it is never sold, rented or transferred.

Retention period

Messages and booking requests are kept for as long as necessary to process them, and for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months after the last exchange, unless a subsequent contractual relationship justifies longer retention.

Recipients and hosting

Data is accessible only to the Lelink team members authorised to handle your request. It is stored securely with our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (United States), in private storage. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. You may exercise them at any time by writing to contact@lelink.ai. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

Lelink implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), private non-public storage, restricted access to the administration area.
