Privacy policy

This policy explains how Lelink processes the personal data collected when you browse lelink.ai, use the contact form or write to contact@lelink.ai. It should be read together with the Cookies page and the legal notice. The data controller is the entity carrying the Lelink offer (contact: contact@lelink.ai); its full identity will be specified upon incorporation.
Data collected and purposes
Contact form: first name, last name, work email, organisation, reason for contacting us, message and, where provided, phone number and role. Direct email: the data you choose to share with us. This data is used solely to handle your request, prepare the conversation and, where relevant, draw up a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Browsing: the site sets no advertising trackers and currently uses no audience measurement tool. The hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, timestamps) needed for security and service operation.
Administration area: a strictly necessary authentication cookie is used by the Lelink team to read messages received through the contact form. It does not concern visitors.
Recipients and processors
Requests are accessible only to the Lelink team members handling them.
Technical processors: Vercel Inc. (site hosting and secure storage of requests in a private space) and Microsoft (the contact@lelink.ai professional mailbox). No third-party calendar or CRM tool is connected to the site.
No data is sold, rented or used for automated prospecting.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. Any transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Messages received through the form or by email are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and for no more than twenty-four months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is entered into or a longer legal retention obligation applies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Requests are stored in a private space with restricted, authenticated access. Administration access is password-protected.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the conditions set by the GDPR. To exercise them, write to contact@lelink.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If a new tool were introduced (audience measurement, newsletter, connected calendar, CRM), this policy would be updated before its activation and, where required by regulation, your consent would be collected.
